Although our extinguishers are very competitively priced - as with anything online - if you look hard enough you could possibly find a similar extinguisher slightly cheaper elsewhere. The 9 litre water extinguisher is the mainstay of the extinguisher world. It continues to be popular as those potential operators with little extinguisher knowledge instinctively know what type of fire water can put out - specifically Class A fires consisting of wood, paper and other solid materials.
This 9 litre water extinguisher is BS EN3 kitemarked - the benchmark to which all operational extinguishers must be made. We recommend it is sited at the same fire point as a CO2 extinguisher, which can tackle flammable liquid fires and electrical products that may be on fire.
