This high quality access control set continues to be our best selling rim lock as it provides all the elements you require; including a locking mechanism, power supply, reader and controller. The RL40B also continues to grow in popularity as it can be fitted in less than one hour.
The keySOLVE rim lock is powered by two batteries (one lithium cell and one alkaline cell), which have a predicted life of 60,000 operations. This means that in some instances the batteries will last for up to five years. At this point the device will give ample warnings as the number of operations reaches specific milestones.
