CX-DG218 door contact is a surface mounted magnet and reed switch. The device is used to monitor doors and windows. If a window or door (which is fitted with the door contact) is opened when the system is Full Arm or Partial Arm, the unit will send a signal to the Main Unit to activate an alarm.
