This highly effective Green Emergency Door Release Cover has been developed to prevent staff and visitors from taking a carefree approach to gaining access to restricted parts of your building. Showing the message: In case if emergency Lift Cover, Break Glass to open door, this reinforces that this door release break glass should only be used in emergency situations.
Importantly, this clear, tamper-proof and robust polycarbonate cover offers a highly visible barrier that requires little-to-no DIY experience to fit. It is easily retro-fitted over previously installed door release buttons using the screws and rawl plugs it is supplied with. Once in place, to operate the push button, simply lift the lid. For an additional deterrent, SSP also offers an alarmed version of the same product.

This cover is designed to go over break glass button points that surface mounted on to the wall. The spacer and the rear has “pop-outs” to accommodate any trunking leading to the emergency door release point.
