Warning corrective action required double sided safety tags (pack of 10)

These matt pvc tags bear the message "Warning Corrective Action Required". They also bear a message prohibiting usage. Using the supplied cable ties you can quickly and easily attach them to any equipment as needed. This will enable you to deter anyone from using said equipment until the corrective action has been taken.

These tags also have space for any comments regarding the fault or problem, and will enable to you to date the placement of the tag should you need to follow up.

These tags come in packs of 10 and are supplied with 150mm long nylon cable ties.
