This speed camera sign has been developed by SSP to advise motorists of speed cameras operating in the area.

These serve two purposes: One, they enable camera operators to comply with their legal obligations. Two, the sign also encourages speeding motorists to slow down. Indeed, quite often smaller villages and Parish Councils employ these signs even when no camera is operation.
