1.What made you choose to buy these products from SSP? A trusted looking supplier that can provide a custom made sign for a decent price.
2.What did you think of the product? Product was as requested. Effective
3.What did we get right? You verified the design before creating, allowing a small modification.
4.What could we improve? Payment by invoice after product delivery.

1.What made you choose to buy these products from SSP? I needed a personalised warning sign for my upcoming wedding and found your company through Google. It seems you cater for a niche market as I could't find others that offer this service!

2.What did you think of the product? Great! Professionally made - it will look perfect and will hopefully raise a few laughs.

3.What did we get right? Timing. The product arrived much faster than anticipated.

4.What could we improve? Nothing. Everything was handled professionally.

5. Is there anybody that you have dealt with that deserves a special mention in our team meeting? Yes: Mike McNee. When I thought about ordering a warning sign that was modified to say "Cat Confusion in progress" I was worried that the seller would think I was odd or refused to make it. Mike knew immediately that it was from the Monty Python sketch and instantly got it. He eased my worries.

Overall the service and product were beyond my expectations and I am very grateful to you guys. In fact I will be coming back to buy at least one more product in future. Thanks!

Cost and option to personalise/design.

2. What did you think of the service?
Good although the wrong product was originally sent and the required product was not printed to the returned amended artwork specification. None-the-less, you kindly allowed me to keep the wrong product for free without returning and the required product still suits its purpose.

3. What did you think of the product?
Good, lightweight and sturdy.

4. If it’s not a stupid question, what did you use this product for? (sorry, we just want to understand the needs of our customers better)
When working on our nature reserves, we often undertake work where the general public may be affected. These signs are easy to transport and erect on footpaths so as to warn visitors of work in progress. To avoid the signs being blown down by wind, we fix a length of rope between the legs and when open, place a rock or heavy weight over it.

The products were chosen by our HR/H&S department, based on what our First Aid supplier use in their course.

Service – website very easy to use and, for us, the most important VAT invoice emailed through exceptionally quickly.

I can not comment on the product, however we did have a black version from St Johns Supplies that was more than suitable – so it’s the same.

Definitely 5/5 from me – thank you.
