This versatile emergency stop shut down button is designed to ensure the button is not easily pressed by accident. With the button being recessed a little, it makes accidental activation far less likely.

That said, by using a contrasting colour, the button element can be clearly seen, so it can be located and pressed without delay in the event of an emergency.

Once pressed, each button can be easily reset using the reset key it is supplied with. Additional keys can also be purchased from this website as require (see related items below)

It is proven to give users at least 10,000 operations across its lifespan. It also extremely versatile, in that is comes with a separate 35mm back box meaning it can be either surface mounted or fit into any standard UK type switch socket box for a flush mount finish.

Dual Mounting Options
This product can be installed on the surface of the wall, using box box supplied, or straight into a single gang European electric socket box:

Surface Mount Installation: SSP's Push Button is supplied complete with its own surface mounting back box. 20mm entry holes can be easily cut using the template provided on each back box. With the screws provided, fix the back box to the wall and secure the wall plate to the back box. Carefully attach the SSP Push Button to the top of the wall plate and hinge down to snap securely into place.

Flush mount Installation: This SSP Push Button comes with a wall plate that is designed to fit directly onto a standard UK single 35mm deep flush box. Secure the wall plate to the flush mount box with the screws provided. Carefully attach the SSP Push Button to the top of the wall plate and hinge down to snap securely into place.
