1 What made you choose to buy these products from SSP Direct?   SSP Direct came up on a search & had the products we needed originally a few years ago.

2 What did you think of the product?  Products are well made & ideal for our needs (Road signs)

3 What did we get right?  Quality of customer service & speed of delivery.  On two occasions we’ve needed signage at short notice.  On the first occasion I rang up, got through easily & the order placed easily.  Second time I used online chat. Again lots of help, great service & speedy next day delivery.  Thank you.

3.What did we get right? Customer service was excellent and the free drilling service was a bonus. Delivery was super speedy ;-)
4.What could we improve? The notes section on the visitor sign is missing on the online ordering system and there is no mention of the hole drilling service on the MAX HEADROOM sign ordering section

Historically we have been purchasing from you for some time, I have recently taken on an additional role of purchasing consumables and was told to use you as an exiting supplier.

We purchase visitor pass registers from you, and they works well for us.
3.What did we get right?
I called SSP and the person I spoke with on the telephone was very helpful, knowledgeable and accurate with the information he gave.
4.What could we improve?
This is the first time I have made a purchase from SSP, and the process went like clockwork.

As mentioned in Q3, the gentleman that answered the phone, deserves a thank you, but I unfortunately did not take his name.

SSP Reply: You will be pleased to know that we have just lowered our prices on GDPR books, which you will benefit from when you reorder. It is probably worth saying that we will always look at pricing based on quantities, so if ordering in bulk with other schools, or suggesting this to your local council is an option we will always try and work with you on costs.

1.What made you choose to buy these products from SSP? - The website was extremely easy to use and in particular, the web chat helped me find what I was looking for. In addition, the video on Security items was a nice touch too.
2. What did you think of the service? - Excellent, the web chat was helpful and I was impressed that I was contacted later before the order went out to check I was happy.
3. What did you think of the product? - So far so good, although I haven't actually used the security items fully yet. I have just checked them for sizing and all seems good.
4. Was the website easy enough to use? - Yes, fairly straight forward. The only issue I had was with the sizing as I was working in inches or cms and the screw/bolt sizes were not. Perhaps a sizing table might help but I am not sure if this is something others would feel required.
