3.What did we get right? Everything apart from the folder. Although you said properly damaged in transit, I feel it was manufacture.
4.What could we improve? The folder could have been a little deeper, but not a problem for us as always open. Also as always open the printing of Company details on front cover is never seen, you may like to think about offering a small area for company details on each page.

Thank you for very speedy and efficient order/delivery process for the Clear Stop anti-tamper locking key cover that very well suits our needs to keep ‘wandering fingers’ away from our emergency and night time lighting control within our village hall. The product immediately came to our attention upon a Google search and is more effective that a wire cage. It could be improved if the unit was hinged rather than the slotting arrangement but I guess that would significantly increase the cost – and of course it is shatter proof if the operator forgot that there was no hinge.

4.5 out of 5 well done.

I needed a specific product type and you offered something in one place which I needed.

What did you think of the service?
Great, speed of order processing was good and the goods arrived as expected, well packaged. it was fairly simple to navigate the website, although the pages can feel a bit cluttered. The pictures with dimensioned drawings were incredibly helpful and indeed in my case the deciding factor.

What did you think of the product?
Excellent quality, very robust although I did not realise the produce I bought was not hinged, I didn’t pick up on that from the descirption. The lid lifts off. There are obvious advantages with that for installing it but a few downsides, such as it can be lost or broken. Still very happy with it.

2. What did you think of the service? - Excellent, the web chat was helpful and I was impressed that I was contacted later before the order went out to check I was happy.
3. What did you think of the product? - So far so good, although I haven't actually used the security items fully yet. I have just checked them for sizing and all seems good.
4. Was the website easy enough to use? - Yes, fairly straight forward. The only issue I had was with the sizing as I was working in inches or cms and the screw/bolt sizes were not. Perhaps a sizing table might help but I am not sure if this is something others would feel required.

Service: Found the service 5 out of 5. Really good got the package within the time stated.
Product: The products are really good. My mother has dementia and lives at home. However she switches of gas central heating and moves the gas control to off. Has taken over a year to find products such as this. Would recommend you share your products with Social Services and Alzheimer's societies as none of these knew of these products. It has certainly given us peace of mind that my mum cannot switch off the heating now.  We needed a locking device to go over power supply and plug socket however you did not have 1 single locking product that covered both. So we purchased a plug socket and the larger key lock. It was a tight fit and we needed to move the gas timer controls to fit both. It would have been better to get 1 cover. Something to consider with your supplier.
