Invariably, when a near miss happens in the workplace, it is a warning that something very serious could have happened. The suggestion box allows staff to make suggestion confidentially about ways of improving safety in and around their building.

This box is made from fabricated yellow polystrene, with a clear acrylic sign holder at the front.
