1.What made you choose to buy these products from SSP? Internet search for a specific piece of door security hardware. You had exactly what we needed at a decent price.

2.What did you think of the product? Seems fine, only been installed for a week. Time will tell.

3.What did we get right? Good comms, prompt delivery.

4.What could we improve? Only one postal option at an expensive price for a small item. But, being able to come and pick up and pay in person was v helpful.

5. Is there anybody that you have dealt with that deserves a special mention in our team meeting? I think i dealt with you Hayley in trying to arrange picking up the item and you were really helpful.

Finally, out of 5 what would you rate us? 4 (1 off for the lack of postal options).
