1.What made you choose to buy these products from SSP? You have the one product that suited my needs. I couldn’t find similar elsewhere and importantly you were in the UK.
You could now add “protects against accidental damage by dogs/clumsy humans” to your list. (I have a large breed dog that doesn’t recognise its own size, strength and ignorance to wires and young people. My BT socket is near the floor by the front door and would constantly get pulled from the socket and damaged.)
2.What did you think of the product? Excellent. Easy to fit and surprisingly sturdy. Discreet as well being transparent. No more accidents.
3.What did we get right? Quality of product. Nice that the fittings were included although in my case the screws were too long. The dome is great and no sharp edges.
Reasonable price. Quick delivery.
4.What could we improve? Your advertising was not conducive to my initial search criteria so it took me a while to find it.
I would have liked perhaps easier access holes for the wires like a breakable tab so that if the wire did need replacing it wouldn’t require dismantling but I now it wasn’t designed for this purpose but it was the only one that fitted in the tight space I have.

we chose this product to stop our friend (who has dementia) from altering the heat settings on her heating control panel. It took a while to fit, because a conduit ran alongside the control panel, and we had to alter the cover slightly to fit it in However, it works brilliantly, to the extent that we have given details of your website and taken a photo of the fitted cover to the housing association where my friend lives at the warden's request so that other people can one if required. Very pleased with the service and product...10 out of 10!

The clear stop anti tamper cover  I bought to go over my cooker switch so it can be locked has no hinges on it so the door has to be taken completely off then put back on again every time you use the product which is a pain! apart from this thanks for the speedy service

Service: Found the service 5 out of 5. Really good got the package within the time stated.
Product: The products are really good. My mother has dementia and lives at home. However she switches of gas central heating and moves the gas control to off. Has taken over a year to find products such as this. Would recommend you share your products with Social Services and Alzheimer's societies as none of these knew of these products. It has certainly given us peace of mind that my mum cannot switch off the heating now.  We needed a locking device to go over power supply and plug socket however you did not have 1 single locking product that covered both. So we purchased a plug socket and the larger key lock. It was a tight fit and we needed to move the gas timer controls to fit both. It would have been better to get 1 cover. Something to consider with your supplier.
