Hinged Locking Switch and Single Socket Cover

Often used in care homes, nursing homes, flats, hospitals and nurseries, this hinged cover and padlock can be used to prevent switches being either turned on or off.

The cover also has small access holes on the left and right, for plug leads to pass through.

Fitting Cover
Ideally it should be fitted by an electrician and the electricity supply temporarily isolated. The faceplate of your flush mounted switch or socket will need to be unscrewed. The rear of the cover is then clamped between the socket / switch face plate and the wall.

There are drill holes to secure as well as adheisive pads.
