. What made you choose to buy these products from SSP?
Internet search. Contacted SSP with a query about product which was dealt with professionally and even went off to measure the item.

The service was great with updates on delivery

The product is good quality and well made

4. If it’s not a stupid question, what did you use this product for? (sorry, we just want to understand the needs of our customers better)
We have installed the thermostat lockable cover in a holiday cottage which we let

A big 5.
The only comment I would make is that postage is very expensive when compared to other internet companies, eBay and Amazon.
