The web site suggested you had the kind of security fixing I needed and I received good advice when I called for technical support. The fixings I bought did not have any instructions with them like the size of drill needed which would have been helpful.

I needed some galvanised sign post kits in time for a contractor on site, and delivery was 1-2 working days as promised. Product was complete and good quality. I rang customer services in advance because of a narrow lane access, and the person I spoke to was very helpful, putting a note on the order to ensure the appropriate vehicle was used. Delivery company (Tuffnells) were friendly and efficient. Overall I was impressed by the reliability of the service. 5/5.

Why SSP? We chose to buy from SSP because we’d bought from you before and you were efficient and well-priced.
Service? Since I only ordered the signs the afternoon before they arrived, the delivery was unbelievably fast!
Product? Good to deal with a reliable company, even though our order was only a very small one this time.
Rating? Definitely 5 out of 5.

I chose your products as I needed to secure my number plate to a new stainless steel grille for my focus St. It was that or stick it to the body work. Your company was the only one that allowed me to buy 10 rather than 100. The screws are the same sort used by another company specialising in vehicle security, except that you only get one length. I will be ordering more as the ones I ordered are just too small. I now have the correct details so will order them shortly,

2. What did you think of the service? As expected. No problems. I would have appreciated a slower, cheaper choice of delivery. Over £6 for a £14 item is out of proportion.

Firstly I found the website very easy to use and informative and easy to place the said order.
Secondly having placed the order I had time to think regarding the order and found I needed to add something else to the order.
So I rang up and spoke to a most helpful gent who went through my order and added the extra item,but I also found out that I had not correctly ordered the right items that I needed and my mistake was explained and we updated my order which could have turned out a big pain for me. So well pleased and gained a bit more knowledge of your products.
Thirdly the delivery was excellent and with being a security product even though it was a small package it arrived fast and secure and the items were very good quality.

I wasn't sure on an aspect of a product that was avaliable through our catoluge, a simple phone call solved this very quickly. The delivery was also very fast, 1.5 days to Northern Ireland is good going.

The signs were of a good quality, arrived pretty quickly and the price was no more than I expected the items to be. I expect I will go to your website again if i want to buy some more signs
