Bespoke 20mph Zone Sign R2 Reflective 600x1125mm

This road sign is made from extremely hard wearing, 3mm thick Aluminium Composite (Dibond). On the rear there are two strips of channelling that enables it to be affixed to a sign post using one of the two types of anti-rotational clips in the links below (50mm or 76mm).

Reflectivity
This class R2 sign utilises retro-reflective materials that have the ability to reflect a significant proportion of emitted light back towards the light’s point of origin. This means that this sign is particularly visible at night when illuminated by the light from a vehicle’s headlamps.

Conforming to the new European road sign standard BS EN 12899-1:2007 (that replaced the UK’s now obsolete British Standard BS873), the reflectivity of this sign is classified as class R2 (the old class 1). This is a high intensity prismatic sign, with a very high reflectivity level. This higher grade of reflectivity has a minimum 10 year lifespan and can be installed on motorways, dual-carriageways and any stretch of lit roads.

Legalities: The design on this fixed road sign conforms to Chapter 8 specifications and the TSRGD guidelines. All fixed road signs are CE marked in accordance with BS EN 12899-1:2007

Material: This sign is made from hardwearing aluminium composite (often referred to as Dibond). Utilising two thin sheets of aluminium sandwiching plastic, this sign has no scrap value whatsoever. As such, it should not attract the attention of thieves
