1.What made you choose to buy these products from SSP? Found you on google search, your price look reasonable, I found the parts I wanted.
2.What did you think of the product? It’s doing the job.
3.What did we get right? Almost everything, price, quality delivery

1.What made you choose to buy these products from SSP?
Historically we have been purchasing from you for some time, I have recently taken on an additional role of purchasing consumables and was told to use you as an exiting supplier.
2.What did you think of the product?
We purchase visitor pass registers from you, and they works well for us.
3.What did we get right?
I called SSP and the person I spoke with on the telephone was very helpful, knowledgeable and accurate with the information he gave.
4.What could we improve?
This is the first time I have made a purchase from SSP, and the process went like clockwork.
5. Is there anybody that you have dealt with that deserves a special mention in our team meeting?
As mentioned in Q3, the gentleman that answered the phone, deserves a thank you, but I unfortunately did not take his name.
I would rate the service received as 5 out of 5!

We found the service & responsiveness of your company to be excellent.
Product was as expected and as been installed without problems.
We must obviously wait for a couple of years to identify any deterioration in the appearance of the sign - which we would not expect
