1.What made you choose to buy these products from SSP? Our Health and Safety team chose you specifically for the parking signs we ordered so I raised the order for them
2.What did you think of the product? This is the 2nd order for the H&S team so I presume they are happy with them. I only raised the order so haven’t really looked at them closely.
3.What did we get right? Order went smoothly, delivery was good.
4.What could we improve? Nothing to add for this, all good.
5. Is there anybody that you have dealt with that deserves a special mention in our team meeting? I didn’t speak to anyone as I had all the details from the last order.

1.What made you choose to buy these products from SSP? I was asked to source a sign for an award scheme that we were running for colleagues and used google which brought up your site.
2.What did you think of the product? It is well made and is right for the purpose we are using it for
3.What did we get right? Mike in your Customer Sales Department has been a champion, guiding me through the process, sending proofs through and advising when we should receive the product.
4.What could we improve? I have dealt with Mike now on two occasions and don’t think he could improve the Customer Service
5. Is there anybody that you have dealt with that deserves a special mention in our team meeting? Mike McNee in your Direct Customer Service Department

Why SSP? There was limited availability elsewhere for a similar price. Your website and customer service were also attractive. The prominent notices for secure card transactions showed that you understand how to manage sensitive data.
Service? The service was excellent, except for issues with processing card details on the site. I attempted this with both Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge.
Product? The product is as described, and was delivered safely and speedily.

2. What did you think of the service? Great, quick and helpful
3. What did you think of the product? Stop signs are heavy and would have benefited with the surrounding in Aluminium, the notices for the road have not been inspected yet
4. We are currently re-developing our website, what improvements (if any) would you like to see? Not spent enough time on your site to dissect this
5. Do you think that having the option to pay through PayPal would be useful? Not for me as our company does not hold a Paypal account
