2 Hole security screws (sometimes known as Snake Eye® or pig nose) are designed for low to medium torque applications. They have two holes drilled into the head which need a unique 2-pin driver to install and remove.
Aesthetically pleasing head design, often specified by designers and architects. Available from stock in self-tapping and machine screws.

Initially I was looking on search engine for a thermostat cover, but then noticed that you make signs, and have been looking for signs for a while, but mostly they were expensive and not customised.
2.What did you think of the product? The thermostat covers are perhaps fairly expensive for what they are. The signs are excellent, and perfectly sized for our needs.
3.What did we get right? Your website is excellent, easy to find what you want, and worked well even on our slow connection. 'Make your own sign' excellent. Phone calls were answered promptly, and the person answering understood what I wanted and knew your products.

3.What did we get right? No… the order was correct but the pickers only sent one visitor book instead of three. Also the new visitor badges were in two packs, 00001 – 2000 in both. We needed a continuous number form 0001 – 4000. Gwyn is sorting this for us.

I originally searched on the internet for a supplier of a Visitor signing in book and came across your website. It was very easy to see what you were buying.
We purchased the book and sign in sheets a couple of years ago and need to order replacement sheets from time to time.
Unfortunately the last order I placed the delivery was made to our other office up in Cumbria even though the Invoice clearly stated our delivery address as our
Warrington office. Luckily our IT Manager was visiting the Cumbria office and so was able to bring them back with him.
Overall I am very pleased with the service you offer.

I believe that the mistake with the delivery was down to human error, I offer my sincere apologies for that. I’m glad it was resolved, of course if we had known we would have rectified this for you. Search on Google for simple to use passes, your product fitted our current needs
2. What did you think of the service?
Apart from the initial hiccup with the loss of our order, the service from that point was very good with swift turnaround of sample templates and changes requested.
3. What did you think of the product?
The product has greatly simplified and speeded up our signing process, however on hindsight it would have been helpful to request ‘date in’ and ‘date out’ columns on the pass book as we often have contractors on site for extended period during school holiday. This means that having to issue new passes daily we will go through supplies of passes quicker that previously.
We have also discovered that the holes punched in the sheets including the backing sheet do not line up with normal ringer binders so we need to re-punch to file the backing sheets for record keeping requirements as the folder is not deep enough to store more than a small amount of used backing record sheets

Very good. I liked the fact that people responded to my emails and phone calls even when someone was out of the office. The proofs arrived promptly which speeded up the whole process.

Good quality product, neatly packaged and swiftly delivered. I’ll be interested in how our Office staff find getting visitors to use it after half term.

5. Overall, how do you feel we could improve as a business?
The website is too cluttered and busy. There are so many products advertised and so many options within each product range. I think that from a first time visitor’s perspective it can be a little overwhelming. A neater website with far fewer menus and sub-menus and fewer thumbnail images could be better. In terms of the visitors’ book, it was quite difficult to actually see (online) how it would operate as the images of it were displayed separately. A short video of someone signing in, tearing off, folding and placing in the pass holder may be clearer.

I am a member of Friends of the Pepperpot Brighton and Friends of Queens Park Brighton.
We have an A1 interpretation board which is surface laminated to a 5mm hard plastic base and fixed with 10 x 1 1/2 " pin hex button head screws to an external wooden door on the building.
In an area which suffers some vandalism it has stayed untampered with for 5 years and is as good as new. I have just ordered some more pin hex screws for signage and interpretation boards in the park.
It is also enables a relatively low cost solution.

Excellent service, the order was immediately acknowledged by Jenny Butler and I received the goods less than 24 hours after I placed the order.
Good website which is easy to use.
The delivery charge was quite high at £6.65 plus VAT for 5 small driver inserts but this was OK this time as I wanted them asap, I can't remember if the SSP website offered an option to chose a cheaper but slower service.
For my requirements on this occasion where I wanted immediate delivery I rate SSP at 5 out of 5
