1.What made you choose to buy these products from SSP? Google search had you more or less at the top, the other companies did not have what we were looking for.
2.What did you think of the product? Quite good,it will do the job it was d esigned to do. If I had one nit-pick, it would be for stronger adhesive on the backs. We used these foam edge protectors on two different surfaces.

On wood, it stuck on like a limpet, on painted metal less so, I had to attach tie wraps to hold it in place.
3.What did we get right? Description of goods and delivery time.
4.What could we improve? See my answer for question 2, but service wise I have no complaints.
5. Is there anybody that you have dealt with that deserves a special mention in our team meeting? Whoever dealt with the order, packaged it and sent it out for next day delivery. Whether that was one person or a team.

With regards to the adhesive on the metal, to get the best results we would recommend applying it to a smooth surface and ensuring that the surface is cleaned and thoroughly dried before application. I am pleased that you have managed to get around this anyway, but it may be useful for future reference.

The service was speedy and efficient and the goods were exactly what I wanted at a fair price.. Both items were exactly as described and shown on the website..
