1.What made you choose to buy these products from SSP? Our Quality manager sent me the link to action
2.What did you think of the product? The book was actual as I expected. Although the hard backed folder was damaged you quickly replaced.
3.What did we get right? Everything apart from the folder. Although you said properly damaged in transit, I feel it was manufacture.
4.What could we improve? The folder could have been a little deeper, but not a problem for us as always open. Also as always open the printing of Company details on front cover is never seen, you may like to think about offering a small area for company details on each page.
5. Is there anybody that you have dealt with that deserves a special mention in our team meeting? No.

We needed a protective cover to lock a AC display that can’t be locked on the display itself.
The website had exactly what we required and it was very easy to navigate.
The whole experience itself was very smooth and straightforward. I know it will be a company to revisit in the future should we require more security covers/cages.

Well, I'd bought the same thing before from you, so it was a simple case of coming back for more. As to why SSP in the first place, you were the first (and, as far as I recall) the only place that I could buy what I wanted, at least as far as a Google search could reveal.
2. What did you think of the service?
Fast and efficient - far speedier than I could reasonably expect. Also, easy to order.
3. What did you think of the product?
Given that there's not much room for variation in a glorified Allen key, the product was fine.
4. Out of 5 (with 5 being great) how would you rate us?
Just short of 5 (but greater than 4). The reason comes below.
5. Overall, how do you feel we could improve as a business?
Not as a business per se, but in terms of order fulfillment. The packaging could have been reduced or possibly a cheaper delivery option added. The cost of delivery was disproportionate to the value of the goods shipped. To save you looking it up, the order is shown below. That's my only (slightly) negative comment. If the need arises, I'll certainly use you again.

I chose your products as I needed to secure my number plate to a new stainless steel grille for my focus St. It was that or stick it to the body work. Your company was the only one that allowed me to buy 10 rather than 100. The screws are the same sort used by another company specialising in vehicle security, except that you only get one length. I will be ordering more as the ones I ordered are just too small. I now have the correct details so will order them shortly,

1.What made you choose to buy these products from SSP? It looked as though they were quality goods and well-described. There were cheaper suppliers but this wasn't a consideration.
2. What did you think of the service? Excellent - goods received very quickly.
3. What did you think of the product? The screws etc. seem fine but I'll know for sure when I use them to fix a memorial plaque in a few weeks time.
4. We are currently re-developing our website, what improvements (if any) would you like to see? None.
5. Do you think that having the option to pay through PayPal would be useful? Definitely - I use PayPal wherever possible to avoid sharing card details with the world.

Very Good – we are property developers and when we rent houses on behalf of owners these screws are used to lock up cupboards in the hope that the Tenants will never find anything to unlock them. I would like to probably order the personalised ones next time as they can be screwed tighter and are by all intents and purposes 100% secure. Only criticism I would have is that they are a little on the pricey side :( - but that hasn’t stopped me repeat ordering ;) - Trade Discount ??? - LOL

In response to your email I thought the service was excellent, the product is really good but the website was a bit difficult but only because I was unable to determine exactly which thermostat covers were ideal for my needs. Consequently I contacted your company by telephone, the salesman was extremely helpful and directed me to the type I needed. They arrived promptly and are exactly as the salesman described. I would definitely rate your service as a 5.

Firstly I found the website very easy to use and informative and easy to place the said order.
Secondly having placed the order I had time to think regarding the order and found I needed to add something else to the order.
So I rang up and spoke to a most helpful gent who went through my order and added the extra item,but I also found out that I had not correctly ordered the right items that I needed and my mistake was explained and we updated my order which could have turned out a big pain for me. So well pleased and gained a bit more knowledge of your products.
Thirdly the delivery was excellent and with being a security product even though it was a small package it arrived fast and secure and the items were very good quality.
