2 Hole security screws (sometimes known as Snake Eye® or pig nose) are designed for low to medium torque applications. They have two holes drilled into the head which need a unique 2-pin driver to install and remove.
Aesthetically pleasing head design, often specified by designers and architects. Available from stock in self-tapping and machine screws.

I work in the care industry and had seen the products on line. Sadly my father suffers from dementia and started playing with his heating controls. I therefore purchased the SSP products.
2.What did you think of the product?
Very good. Well made and easy to install.
3.What did we get right?
Well designed product, everything required in the box.
4.What could we improve?
Had to modify one product to go over a wire. But not sure how you could design that in. Thermostat radiator covers work well on new thermostat but not old ones . Maybe good to increase size range in future.

Mum has dementia and kept switching her central heating off. Good product but had to cut out a piece for trunking.
Ordered online, easy process but estimated delivery date would have been helpful, although package arrived within a few days.

We bought this cover because my elderly mother keeps switching off the heating controls. This was the only product we found that would serve the purpose of stopping her doing that yet being able to access the controls ourselves.
We find it a very sturdy, clear and easy to use, although it does not swing on a 'hinge' as we expected, but we have mastered putting it on and off. My husband found it straight forward to fit. The clear measurements given in the product description meant we had chosen correctly for our purpose.
It arrived the day after ordered. So we were pleased with our choice and the service. 4 out of 5 just because a hinge would be easier to access

1. I needed a solid bit of kit that would effectively protect a waste pipe from damage and a web search came up with your product which seemed ideal.
2. On receipt of product I was impressed with the materials and the robustness of the product.

1m foam head protection - self adhesive, good sizes on offer
when I received the hazard strips I felt they were well made, very sticky and easy to cut and fit (able to cut with scissors)

I had to make a thermostat in our self catering house tamperproof- was able to drill 20mm hole to right hand side to allow finger in to spin temperature dial- bit fiddly, used wood bit and Stanley knife to finish, so far seems to be ok. Service was good, product is unobtrusive which was important, five stars all round as far as I am concerned.

1 although there are suppliers in northern ireland they didnt have the item in stock nor would they have or else it would have taken up to 2 months to get me one.
2 once i contacted yourselves i found the service very good. I was given answers to all the questions i had posed or contacted when the answer was found out.
3 the product is just what i needed.
4 i would rate the company 5.
5 with your knowledge of the products you supply you could make yourselves more known to the market in northern ireland and with your prompt despatch i believe you would gain customers who want what they want asap. Postage methods could be redefined also.

Service was very good - goods arrived well packed and in the timescales indicated, along with electronic VAT invoice - What more could you ask for?

Sign was as expected and suited to purpose. I was expecting it to be slightly more rigid, but it is absolutely fine on a backing board.

Website very straightforward

5/5 - my order was the one which seemed to go missing and either you or your office called as they had noticed no tracking information had come back, and the package was re-sent.
This is customer service unparalleled with most other firms with whom convincing them a package has not arrived turns into a very stressful experience for the customer!
The product itself is exactly what I was after.
