School Visitors One-Write System

The Discreet-Write system comes complete with a data protection discreet sheet to ensure the school's visitors details are kept confidential as per the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998.

Is this Visitor System compliant with the GDPR?
Yes it does comply with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) - although compliance does very much depend on where you locate this product and how you manage this list.

If your visitor sign-in system is on display in a supervised / manned area, then this system (and any of our other systems with discreet sheets) should comply. The only thing we would perhaps say is you will need to remove this system from view should that area be vacated (unmanned) for any length of time.
