At the top of each page there is a field to record the date of which week you are in.

With 50 pages - and each page showing 10 names – this should last a small business almost exactly one year.

Should an authorised manager / supervisor wish to see the full list of names, he or she can separate the blacked out top sheet from the sheet below. This duplicated sheet will give the full list, along with all associated times in and out.

Why are the name fields blacked out?
Under 2018's GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations), personnel records of any kind should not show others the names of those that have previously signed-in or signed-out.
