Evacuation Chair 105 decibel Alarm

To help combat this growing crime, SSP have developed an instant alarm to notify all that your Evac-chair is being removed without consent. Attached or wrapped around your chair is a reinforced steel cord that ultimately generates an impressive 105 decibel alarm as soon as it is removed without authorisation.

To install, SSP's Evacuation Chair alarm is attached to the wall and is then easily fitted around chair. As soon as the cord is extended, the alarm will sound.

We feel it is not only an actual deterrent, it is also a visual deterrent that will hopefully deter any opportunist thieves in the first place.

For authorised users of the evacuation chair, there are two shut down keys provided. These keys can disarm the alarm immediately before you use the evacuation chair for its genuine purpose.
