United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands and Highlands)

All deliveries within the UK with a value of £75+VAT or more will be sent free of charge, no matter what weight or size the product is. A £6.65+VAT carriage charge will be applied to any orders under £75+VAT.

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands and Highlands

When you order online, orders to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Scottish Islands and Highlands will incur a carriage charge of £16.65+VAT - no matter how large or small the order is. 

Worldwide (Outside UK)

We welcome any orders from outside the UK. Every month, we sell to customers worldwide. However, as carriage costs vary significantly from country-to-country this website will not accept payment from anywhere other than the UK.

Anyone outside of the UK wishing to order should call us on +44(0)161 413 7939 or email us via our Contact Us page, where we will be able to provide a delivery cost for the products you are interested in.

Over the past five years we have sold to a high number of European countries, as well as South Africa, America, Australia and Africa.

Returns

In the event that the product ordered is no longer required it may be returned by contacting SSP Direct and obtaining a returns reference number and form to complete. Returns will be at the expense of the client and must be made within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be identified externally with a returns number and be in the original packaging and condition as when despatched from our warehouse.

Refunds will be issued once goods are quality checked and will be made back onto the card that was used to make the initial purchase. If items are returned and an exchange is made no restocking fee will be applied. If no exchange is made a restocking charge of 15% will be applied.

Personalised products are exempt from our returns policy, these include items such as signs, engraved items, personalised visitor books and systems. Security removal tools and keys are also exempt. Where appropriate, artwork would be emailed for your approval prior to production.

If an item you have received is faulty or damaged please contact our friendly customer service team on 0161 4137939 who will resolve this issue for you.
