Increasingly larger customers with more complex premises are asking for something that is bespoke to their site. So whether you want the permit to relate to hot works, confined spaces, electricity, excavation, asbestos, working at heights, or a combination of some or all of these, we can print you a permit to your exact requirements.

To order, you can either email us your permit or you can download the general permit to work document below and modify it as you see fit. You can also add your logo and any contact details you wish to show. Put simply, if it fits on one A4 page we will print it in triplicate for you. We are also more that happy to set your artwork for no additional cost.

Features and Benefits

For traceability each permit is individually numbered. Unless requested otherwise these will start from 0001 and count upwards. Alternatively, we can adopt whatever numbering system you would like (eg DX001 upwards)
Each permit consists of a top copy and two duplicating copies to allow the contractor, the company and any other interested party to retain a copy.
Unless you ask for all white, the two duplicating sheets are always blue and pink respectively for easy identification.
Permits come with card separator so pen impressions from the top copy does not show through on to next permit down.
You can also display your logo …although this will be a single colour version of your logo (usually black unless you instruct us otherwise)
These permits to work will help you ensure contractors comply with all relevant Health and Safety legislation and any other health and safety policies you may have

Rest assured, if you order now we will be sure to keep your permit on file. As such, if you come back at a later date wishing to order more, we can do a reprint without you having to start designing it all over again.

How to order
This can be done in one of three ways:
1 When ordering, email the permit you wish us to print to [email protected]
2 You can download this general permit to work by clicking the blue link. Opening it in Word, you can then amend it as you see fit, perhaps add your logo, and email it back to us
3 You send us your list of specific questions and we will set the permit artwork for you. Only once you have seen and approved the finished version will we print it
