These tough, near miss tags are designed to help staff report both near misses and any other incidents in the workplace. These can be used independently or in conjunction with one of the suggestion boxes in related products below.

Supplied in packs of 10, these tags enable staff to capture all the details of the incident, including rating the severity.

Once receiving these cards, management should ideally introduce some remedial action to address any concerns.
