1. I needed a solid bit of kit that would effectively protect a waste pipe from damage and a web search came up with your product which seemed ideal.
2. On receipt of product I was impressed with the materials and the robustness of the product.
3. Web site easy to use, quick delivery, quality of product.
4. Nothing to improve.
5. I spoke with a gentleman who was helpful but unfortunately I am unable to provide a name.
