1.What made you choose to buy these products from SSP?
Initially I was looking on search engine for a thermostat cover, but then noticed that you make signs, and have been looking for signs for a while, but mostly they were expensive and not customised.
2.What did you think of the product? The thermostat covers are perhaps fairly expensive for what they are. The signs are excellent, and perfectly sized for our needs.
3.What did we get right? Your website is excellent, easy to find what you want, and worked well even on our slow connection. 'Make your own sign' excellent. Phone calls were answered promptly, and the person answering understood what I wanted and knew your products.
4.What could we improve? Can't think of anything.
5. Is there anybody that you have dealt with that deserves a special mention in our team meeting? Yes, the gentleman who dealt with our order/questions by phone and email, Mike McNee.

1.What made you choose to buy these products from SSP? You seem to be one of only a few companies offering this product and also the cheapest
2.What did you think of the product? Good. Works very well for a fire drill; harder to retrospectively check who is here for other reasons. Visitors are bemused to not be able to see what they themselves are writing but agree it is a much better arrangement for data protection purposes. Would like to see the cost come down as we have lots of visitors every day.

2.What did you think of the product? First purchase followed by a second one
3.What did we get right? Overall very easy to deal with you
4.What could we improve? Minor gripe that first sign had been packed too early so very slight lines on face caused by cardboard but not sufficient to complain
5. Is there anybody that you have dealt with that deserves a special mention in our team meeting? Spoke to several, all easy to deal with Mike did all the hard work

Your one of the only suppliers I could find that offer lower quantities of security nuts/bolts. Purchased from you before with no issues.

What made you choose to buy these products from SSP?
Internet search, your site was more informative than the others and I could navigate around it much easier. Within a few clicks I had found what I was looking for.
What did you think of the service?
Fantastic, I had to buy 300 screws and I was unsure if they would do the job I require. I phoned up and asked for a sample screw, I received it the next day. Great service!
What did you think of the product?
Good quality, to be honest it is far superior to the screw we used on the old batteries.

We’ve just received our signage and I just wanted to drop you an email to say thank you for the excellent and quick service I’ve received from you over the course of my last couple of orders.
