Away from the TV cameras that are focusing on the Premiership and the football league, there are literally thousands of games of football that take place in the UK every week. These games often involve kids of all ages - both playing and refereeing. Invariably on the side-lines there are enthusiastic parents and managers – all wanting their team to do well. 

However, as is all too apparent to anyone that has seen one of these games, regrettably there is usually one or two spectators that may cross over from supporting their team positively to something far less friendly – with insults and accusations be aimed at both the young referee or the opposition.
