This popular visitor system not only records all other relevant visitor information, it also notifies visitors of essential Health and Safety instructions and records information to assist with fire procedures/evacuations.

Why is this system sealed?

In line with 2018's data protection legislation (as you can see from the pictures), the authorised person has to cut the back-page in the bottom corner to reveal a whole list of visitors. This makes a quick, casual look at the list far harder and can give you greater peace of mind that your organisation complies with all known regulations.

Is this Visitor System compliant with the GDPR?

Yes it does comply with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) - although compliance does very much depend on where you locate this product and how you manage this list.

If your visitor sign-in system is on display in a supervised / manned area, then this system (and any of our other systems with discreet sheets) should comply. The only thing we would perhaps say is you will need to remove this system from view should that area be vacated (unmanned) for any length of time.
