This best selling visitor pass system can be used on its own or in visitor pass system. Containing 300 visitor passes per book, this book features a discreet sheet, making it compliant with the UK's stringent Data Protection laws (GDPR).
How does it work? Each uniquely numbered pass in this book is on perforated paper so it can be easily torn out by your visitor. This can then be attached and displayed by your visitor in wallets and clips sold in the links below.
Visitor Audit: Once each pass is complete, a duplicate is concealed under this book's discrete sheet as a permanent record of all visitors to your building.
Fire Records: This book also features a time-out box to help business owners and nominated fire wardens keep track of visitor departures. This is great for tracking visitors should the building need to be evacuated. This element is strongly advised under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
Delivery: Next working day if ordered before 4pm
Size: (Height x Width) 300mm x 230mm (roughly A4 size)

Is this Visitor System compliant with the GDPR?
On the 25th May 2018, the UK’s Data Protection Act was superseded by the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). This new piece of legislation increased the level of responsibility workplaces have in managing and storing data compliantly. Critically, in the case of visitor records, this means other visitors or staff should not be able to see who has signed in previously.
To comply with this legislation, this tear-out visitor system features a discreet sheet to conceal the names of previous visitors. This full list of names should only be seen by the responsible person in the event of a security breach or should the building be evacuated.
Like many processes under the GDPR, this product only complies if it is used correctly. We would advise that the book will need to be under supervision of at least one member of staff to ensure it is not removed or the discreet sheet lifted or torn-out. In line with the GDRP, these passes should never be left at an unmanned reception.
